The practical value of the work is the fact that the results of the research can be used in the courses of lectures and seminars of English Language Methodology and analysis can be useful for practical courses of English Language Teaching in Higher Education.

The theoretical and methodological problems of Teaching English Language oral speech in elementary stages in secondary schools is the object for our research.



The work consists of introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and bibliography.

In Introduction we have investigated the scientific actuality of the qualification work, subject and object of the theme, aims and tasks of the work, theoretical and practical significance of the scientifuc work, as well as a methodological foundation and level of learning of the problem.

The first chapter of the qualification work is dedicated to such vital problems as: the pecularities of Teaching English in elementary stages of the Secondary Schools, the main tasks and objectives of Teaching English in elementary schools, teaching English as optional course in target institutions, the age pecularities of elementary school pupils, the modern requirements of oral and written English Speech in Secondary Schools.

The second chapter is determined the problems of methodology of teaching English oral speech in elementary stages in Secondary schools, the main principals of teaching monologue and dialogue, and listening in this institution.

The third part is dedicated to the Methodology of teaching English oral speech in elementary stages of the Secondary Schools, the requirements of Teaching English speaking and listening, the Developing English language habits and Skills in elementary stages of the Secondary schools, The usage game technology of Teaching English speaking and listening.

In the conclusion we have pointed the main results of the qualification work and analyzed them.



All used literature is given in the bibliography.
