Andijan Machine Building Institute I. General Rules

b) Trainees:
16. Individuals who study at the educational development and retraining center of Andijan Machine building institute are trainees. The rights and obligations of trainees of are determined in accordance with established rules and procedures for students of Andijan Machine building institute.
Personnel training and re-training mode, training conditions and the rights of trainees are defined by the relevant normative-legal acts in accordance with the law.
c) The intern-researchers, senior researchers, independent researchers:
17. Intern researchers, senior researchers, independent researchers at Andijan Machine building institute are individuals who conduct research in certain areas and prepare a thesis to get an appropriate degree.
Specialist with a master's degree or higher education, studying at the institute as a trainee researcher and conducting scientific research for Ph.D. scientific degree is a trainee researcher.
Individuals with Ph.D. who have been accepted to the institute as senior researchers to prepare a thesis for doctor’s degree are senior scientific researchers.
Person who is attached to the institute (chair) and prepares a thesis for Ph.D. or doctor’s degree is an independent researcher.
18. Individuals with a professional degree or Master's degree in higher education who demonstrate the scientific research ability are accepted to Andijan Machine building institute as intern-researchers for a period of three years.
Intern researchers study at the institute on a full-time basis.
Competent scientific and scientific educational staff with Ph.D. who achieved remarkable scientific success that can be the basis of their doctoral thesis and are capable of carrying out fundamental research at the highest level and solving the most important scientific problems of socio-economic importance are accepted to Andijan Machine building institute as senior researchers.
Study period of senior scientific researcher at the Institute is two up to three years.
Training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff can be carried out in the form of independent research apart from trainee researcher institute or senior scientific worker institute.
Individuals who obtained higher education before the introduction of academic degrees on MA degree, conduct independent research on Ph.D. thesis and have the appropriate knowledge in the field of science and technology, as well as at least one year of experience in the specialty chosen can participate in independent research for Ph.D.
PhDs who conduct independent research on doctoral thesis, have achieved significant results in scientific research on topical problems and theoretical issues of science and technology and have a deep knowledge relevant in the field of science and technology can aspire to the position of independent researchers for the doctor’s degree.
Admission of probationers - researchers, and senior scientific researchers to institutes, as well as attachment of independent researchers to institution of higher education and the procedure for benefits to intern researchers and senior researchers for working on research thesis, the determination of their rights and obligations, implementation of the measures stipulated by the Monitoring plan 07-1-830 adopted on November 5, 2010 by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, improvement of the system of training of highly skilled scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel at higher institutions and scientific research institutions under the ministry of higher education, increasing the quality of postgraduate education and expansion of operations on involvement of the talented young people in scientific research work will be carried out in accordance with the order 426 “About measures for further improvement of the system of training of highly skilled scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel at higher institutions and scientific research institutions under the ministry” issued by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 6, 2010, in order to create the conditions necessary for fulfillment of their creative and intellectual potential.
