The Allan Sweeney International Reiki And Healing 
and Training Centre
This was set up by Allan Sweeney Hon. PhD (Medicina Alternativa) fol-
lowing a dream.
In May 1999 I had a vision in dream at night that I should phone Clive 
Emson property auctioneers at 0900 on 19 June 1999. I should then 
buy a large property on the beach in Margate to use as a healing centre 
to help those suffering around the world. This simply felt Truth, as if 
those above were saying I had no choice, that this was part of my spiri-
tual Destiny. Even though I had no money for a large healing centre, it 
felt like all I needed to do was follow what had been pre-ordained.
On 19 June at 0900 I phoned Clive Emson. They said, ‘Hurry, there’s 
a viewing now!’ The property was on the beach in Margate. 
It had been a nursing home (the previous owners had paid £210,000 
for it) with planning permission for ten overnight stays + staff – perfect 
for a residential healing centre. But I could never afford it. However, it

was a bank repossession, and the bank and other bidders thought 
it was subsiding, so the other bidders dropped out, and the bank sold 
it to me pre-auction for £40,000 (+ fixtures and fittings). Even though 
everyone thought it was subsiding, I trusted the vision to buy it. Before 
I moved in, two surveyors both said there was no subsidence!
The day I moved in, a ‘shooting star’ fell into the sea opposite.
The day we had our first guests, a small white cloud hovered over 
us, exactly shaped like an angel.
Following the vision changed my life dramatically. The centre 
became world-renowned, with people travelling here from most coun-
tries on earth. Two full time house-keepers and three secretaries could 
hardly cope. Most patients did not leave with the problems they arrived 
with. Some days the queue for healing started at 0800 and finished at 
0100 the next morning. With so many patients, and so many students 
wanting to study here, I had to buy two houses next door to accom-
modate them all.
Over ten years, thousands of people have been helped, and the 
properties on the beach are now worth about £2m.
Very soon after I moved in, guests saw Jesus, Mary, Krishna, Aescle-
pius, and other Gods in the therapy and teaching rooms – never any-
where else. Hundreds of people have now witnessed these religious 
and spiritual beings appear. Some were shocked, because they had not 
believed in appearances before.
It seems as if this was my spiritual path, the Destiny for my soul. The 
regular appearances of Jesus and so on, seemed like signs I was on 
the right path. For example, after I moved in, I decorated all rooms in 
themes, for example, Grecian, Egyptian, Indian, Japanese, Angel and 
so on rooms. When my ex-wife visited, she said, ‘Do you remember, 
about 30 years ago, you had a vision that one day you would have a 
large property overlooking the sea and each room would have themes 
of Greece, Egypt, India, Japan and so on?’ I had forgotten. But it just 
seemed one more sign on the path to a spiritual Destiny. [100055]
