Amendment to the master deed and declaration of trust of the south beach landing condominium association

AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION OF TRUST OF

THE SOUTH BEACH LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
This Amendment to the Master Deed and Declaration of Trust of the South Beach Landing Condominium Association is made this ______ day of ___________, 2009, by 233 Beach Road, LLC, Declarant of the South Beach Condominium Association, pursuant to the powers to amend set forth in Article VIII(B) of a Master Deed dated June 29, 2009, and recorded with the Essex County Registry of Deeds at Book 28745, Page 25, and in Article 7(a) of a Declaration of Trust dated June 29, 2009, and recorded with said Registry of Deeds at Book 28745, Page 62.
The Master Deed and Declaration of Trust are hereby amended as follows:

1. 
   Master Deed Article VII. Use of Units.
   

Section (C) is deleted in its entirety.

2. 
   Declaration of Trust Section 23 of Exhibit “A.” Pets. Sub-Section C(b) is replaced with the following language:
   

“The number of Permitted Pets per Unit shall be limited to a total number of two (2) such pets.”

In all other respects, the Master Deed and Declaration of Trust of the South Beach Landing Condominium Association is hereby ratified and affirmed.
