It is indeed becoming increasingly common to eat fast foods in the world and it began as a wholesome family experience in the 1940s with drive through restaurants and simple four-item menus. But in my view there more drawbacks than benefit to eat fast foods.

On the one hand, there are some type of humans which don`t want spent their time to prepare any meal. Because they appreciate time which everybody needs to it. More often than not, they take away something to eat. In consequence of it which does not need a special place to eat, they can eat them everywhere. Another positive aspect is that it is cheaper and more flexible than other meals.
On the other hand, containing more sugar, fat and salt in fast food, it can be increase weight of man and blood pressure during 4 hours in human body. And nowadays this is big health problem between who eat more than others. Another possible issue is effect to digestion system. The fat which contains in fast food makes difficult to our body to fully break down and absorb. Usually, it takes one day. But, sometimes reports estimate that it can take up to 36 hours to leave our body completely. Another reason is that according to scientists` research people who eat more fast food feel hungrier more time. So the scientists recommend to eat fast food once a week. This would cause of more health brain and digestion problems in man life.
