4.3. Profitability
Before moving on to a detailed analysis of the ratios, we begin by declaring that there are no
profound differences in terms of profitability between the two samples, although female startups show
slightly better results (see Table
6
).

4.4. Operational Efficiency
Regarding company efficiency, the analysis of the indicators reported in Table

women’s businesses are even more efficient than men’s.
