Activity 1. Write at least three reasons why you are going to acquire new
learning strategies in your education or job.
The first
Reason is fostering and improving students’ learning strategies is vital for them in order to learn successfully.In modern education systems learners are expected to poss an increased degree of autonomy and understanding contents.
The second reason why I have decided
To change our education system by adding some rules which can make students interested subjects that they learn .Also reducing unimportant subjects which they learn
The third
Reason factual knowledge enhances cognitive processes like problem solving and reasoning. The richer the knowledge base, the more smoothly and effectively these cognitive processes — the very ones that teachers target — operate.

How do they help with our studies?
Cognitive learning strategies are strategies that improve alearner's ability to process information more deeply, transfer and apply information to new situations, and result in enhanced and better-retained learning.
