According to our solution, wind farms are going to be installed in the ocean-bordering areas of Argentina. The exact location is in the eastern area of Patagonia, Guer Aike. The first reason of choosing this particular location is that it is one of the windiest areas of Argentina which means most of the time throughout the year the energy will be constantly generated. Another compelling point is that there is the "Cluster Eólico Argentino" cluster in this sector has technology with the generating capacity of 1,000 MW per year. So it is highly likely that the number can be reached to 1,300 MW in 3 year period given the wind speed and other environmental factors. There are 2 main challenges. Firstly, as wind turbines blades are large enough to harm the local wildlife especially the birds, it can potentially break the animal food chain thus causing the overall reduction of local flora and fauna. In the pandemic situation, a tech billionaire like Jack Dorsey donated not invested for research purposes of the virus what i mean by this is that there are always people who are willing to sacrifice the small portion of their wealth for bettering the people's lives. Our first main stakeholder is Aloys Wobben and entrepreneurs of that ilk. Seondly, The Adaptation Fund might also be among the stakeholders because the fund has been allocating about 850 mln $ for many different green projects and it is a real possiblity for our fund to be subsidized.

To sum up, increasing this type of renewable energy to 20 % may sound next to impossible but in fact it is really not. We can accomplish the goal by choosing the appropriate locations, without harming the wildlife and creating employment opportunities for locals.
