About family
I live in a big family, it consists of seven people. They are my parents, brother, two little brothers and my sister. Let me tell you about my parents. FIRSTLY, MY FATHER’S name is B and he is going to turn 50 next year, but he still looks good. He is a worker in constructing and architectural business. He is a considerate and strong-minded person by nature. When I need help to solve problems, always I ask him how I can settle these problems. And he gives me some advices and variations to decide on that problem. My mom is a housekeeper. She cooks delicious and nutritious meals every day for us. She always encourages me to accomplish my goals. My brother is captain in public military service. I should emphasize that he always want to be a military servicer for his childhood and now he has achieved his vital aim. My twin brothers are unemployed at the moment but they have secondary educational degree. And last, my sister is Umidakhon, she is a pupil in the 8^th class. She is very clever and quite meticulous. She likes to read books and listen to Turkish music. She has already read more than ten books it is interesting that she always ask me to bring another new book to read.
About department
I am final course student of management department. Since 4 years I have been studied more than 10 subjects belongs to it. I understand that I gain more knowledge and my world outlook has increased during this period. Management is the process of making decisions and issuing commands. Managers are people who, collectively or individually, are responsible for running business or organization.
About interests
Well, it is pleasant for me to tell about interests, because I have unusual hobbies. For instance, I like to collect rare things like ancient and old coins, maps, tape-recorders and so on. Moreover, in my leisure time i go to play football with my friends. It makes me feel relaxed. On top of this, when I tire from working or daily activities, l like reading novels and poems at nights.
Weak and strong point of me
In general, it is said that telling someone about your weak points is not good. But I consider that before getting a resolution about anyone, I should know all advantages and disadvantages of him or her. For not being wrong decision, I prefer to know weak and strong points of every people. And now, personally, I have difficulties getting a resolution when I am required to solve serious problems. I have a big hesitation to do it. And honestly, I am such creature of that I finish what I begin. I come up to works by heart. These are my strong points.
Biggest problem of Uzbekistan
I think nowadays in our country economic, political matters are well organized. At the first glance, there is no problem. Unfortunately, there are some of them, but they are not so tremendous and dangerous. In my mind, one of them is unemployment. In addition to last year’s information, this rate decreased than previous. But still nearly more than 15 million people in our country have problems to find job. This means that in Uzbekistan approximately 16 or 17 million people are unemployment.
Solution
I think we should organize and increase the numbers of industrial companies. We know, these organizations require more workers and as a result they are supported with job.

Main purpose from working

For my childhood, I interested in industry, and one of my goals is to work in this field and achieve more success. Also, I want to begin my career and gain more experience in this field. It would be better for my future to start and continue my activity in your company.
Law salary
I think salary is one of fundamental matter which people always pay attention to it. Personally, I want to gain more experience in this job and if law salary is fixed for new workers and beginners, I agree to this. I consider that salary should be paid for expanded time and achieved results. Who works hard and accomplish aims, this person should be paid high salary.
