"Cleverness" is more to do with intelligence, grasping, understanding, shrewdness & in getting new ideas & the "wisdom" is more to do with correct judgment using whatever intelligence he has, but by using his knowledge & experience.
"A clever person knows the problem & solves it, whereas a wise person does not allow the problem & prevents it at the root level & there is no need to solve, as the problem does not appear at all".
A clever person may be intelligent, but he may not have wisdom. All intelligent people need not be wise.
There are certain people who misuse their intelligence to cleverly loot. They may be smart in gathering information or forming new ideas. But their whole wisdom will be visible in applying their ideas appropriately for proper utility.
When life gives you a lemon make lemonade.
During our life we may face with some problems and in such times we always have to keep positiveness. We should try to find good things even if we are surrounded with trouble

1.reaching to your soul- meaning :It could mean to connect with someone on a very deep and unusual way. To connect with someone’s innermost self
I always share my secrets with my dad. He can reach to my soul
2.the sorrow that you know will melt away-meaning: sadness or unhappiness will go away.

3.then a hero comes along-meaning: singer want to say you will become confident

Whenever I am afraid of something, I think about my achievements and then hero comes along
4.you cast your fears aside-meaning: you will stop thinking about fears
5. no one reaches out a hand-meaning no one helps. No one lends a helping hand
When you face with trouble no one of your friends reach out a hand.
6. the emptiness you felt will disappear-meaning you will not be alone or you will be happy
Every time when I land a helping hand the emptiness, I feel will disappear
7. dreams are hard to follow -meaning dreams are just dreams making them real or following them is generally difficult
8. don’t let anyone tear them away-meaning do not give up .do not let someone destroy something
Even I put some ambitious goals on my road, I don’t let someone tear them away
