6. One winner will receive the following prize

1.This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over only. Proof of age may be required. The Competition is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company (“Sky”) or companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies.

2.To enter this competition, all you need to do is to have planned a Sky Sports Living for Sport project before 16^th January 2014. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your project.

3.This promotion opens on 29 November 2013 and all planned projects must be approved by midnight on 15th January 2014.

4.One entry per school/teacher. Projectts sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible project plans will be disqualified.

5.One winner will be selected at random by an independent person, from all correct and eligible entries received before midnight on 15^th January 2014. The winners will be notified by phone and / or email by 17:00 on 25th January 2013 and will have 2 days (48 hours) from initial contact in order to claim their prize. If direct contact with the winner cannot be made within this 48 hour period or they are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

6.One winner will receive the following prize:

    Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below);

7.The prize does not include any other service or item not specifically described above

8.Following direct contact being made with the winner and the winner’s acceptance of the above detailed prize, all elements of the prize package will be delivered to the winner within 28 working days of this date.

The Sky full TV Package prize will be subject to the following Prize Conditions (as defined below) 

The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”): 

a). If you are a winner, you will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After your 12 months' free viewing, unless you cancel or change your package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in your Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. You will need Sky professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If you need a minidish you will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. Existing Sky customers will receive Sky’s top TV package free for 12 months, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box. Sky will contact you to arrange installation of the your Prize. You must redeem their Prize within one year.  Failure to make an installation application within this time period could result in loss of Prize.  If you have a previous uncleared debt with Sky, you will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

b).Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. 

c).There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

d).Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

9).The Promoter will ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions reserve the right for the Promoter to substitute the Prize (or an element thereof) for an equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. The Promoter shall exercise this right where reasonably instructed to do so by Sky (provided that Sky is responsible for supplying the relevant substitute prize(s)).

10).The Promoter will ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions reserve the right for the Promoter to refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if in the reasonable view of the Promoter the entrant’s current or past conduct is (or has been) inappropriate, unlawful or offensive or is likely to bring the Promotion into disrepute. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant. The Promoter shall exercise this right where reasonably instructed to do so by Sky.

11).The Promoter shall ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions clearly specify that the Promoter will share each winner’s personal details with Sky and its authorised agents for the purpose of administering the Promotion. 12).The Promoter shall ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions shall specify that the Competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and that entrants irrevocably agreed that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Competition.

13).There is no cash alternative to the prize or any element of the prize package which is non-refundable and non-transferable. 14).The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

15).The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.

16).The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

17).Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion. 18.) This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
