Customize tab images, re-order, and rename to encourage clicks
When you install a custom tab app, it will often appear with a generic tab image

and name -hardly good in encouraging people to click on it. With most apps
(except those for which the developer has ruled against it), you will be able to
edit these details. To do so, click on "Settings" at the top of your Facebook Page,
then choose "Apps" from the sidebar. In the "Added Apps" section, click "Edit
Settings" on the app you want to customize, then click "Change" to upload a new
image and enter your desired tab name into the box provided. Custom tab images
are 111 × 74 pixels, and are best used to make the app stand out, and to unify
and enhance the overall branding of your Facebook Page.
 
As well as apps displaying on the left-hand side of your Page, links to your
About, Photos 
and 
a link to one of your custom tab apps will also appear as
horizontally-displayed text links underneath your Page's cover photo - the rest
will be hidden below a "More..." button in the same position. To select which
custom tab link you want to appear underneath your cover photo, arrange it to
appear at the top of your Apps list by choosing More > Manage Tabs, then
dragging and dropping it to the top of the pile. While it is in this prime position,
compel people to click it by changing its name to a call to action using the
instructions above. Examples might include. "Click here first!" (linking to a tab
containing more info about your company), "Click HERE to win!" (linking to a
contest tab) or "Get 10% off!" (linking to a tab containing a discount code.
Note:
As well as being able to re-arrange the order of custom tabs 
within 
the
Apps section, you can also re-order whole sections, 
e.g.
Likes, Photos, Posts to
Page, 
etc.
on the left-hand side of your Page - the position you move them to will
depend on their importance, and required visibility to you and your fans. To do
this, hover your cursor over a section, click the pencil icon that appears, and
choose Manage Sections. In the pop-up window that appears, simply drag and
drop the sections to re-order them as you see fit (the People and About sections
are fixed to the top, but all others are fair game.
