3. Highest diploma: prospective diploma recipients must submit an official document issued 
by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. 
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized 
Chinese or English translations. 
4. Academic transcripts: transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be 
attached with original notarized Chinese or English translations. 
5. Photocopy of HSK certificate or English proficiency certification (If applicable). 
6. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English, 1000 words 
minimum). 
7. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English); Master's program 
applicants are required to submit recommendation letters signed by professors or 
associate professors, and doctoral program applicants are required to submit 
recommendation letters signed by professors.
