CONCLUSION
Risk management is a relatively new and rapidly evolving field of professional management in
modern management. Special positions will be created for risk managers in commercial organizations to
analyze, justify and make risk decisions.
Creating a risk management system in the organization involves:
The modern business world is developing rapidly. In the context of market contraction and the
weakness of the ruble, enterprises are forced to comprehensively shape and develop their export potential,
which requires additional restructuring of management.
In this regard, the risk management system that must be created by enterprises in one way or
another can become a source of attractiveness for investors and a factor of success in foreign and domestic
markets.
