Abstract: 
Technology transfer in Central Asian emerging economies is an integral part of regional 
consolidation. Technological ecosystem is expected to engage all stakeholders in order to bring Central 
Asian societies closer to each other. The instrumental importance of nanotechnology transfer cannot be 
neglected since it is more compl
ex and Central Asia doesn’t have intellectual logistics available for 
regulating its transfer. This policy paper argues that the Central Asia should come up with its own 
(glocalized) internal regulatory mechanism to facilitate the nanotechnology transfer among Central Asian 
countries.
