In forecasting the rural labor market, it is advisable to use models that apply only to the first 
group, while the methods of forecasting the labor market can be divided into two groups. 
Conclusion 
Scientific research of appropriate methods of forecasting rural labor market indicators in a 
particular region will allow to determine the direction of employment of the rural population in the 
future by sectors and industries of the economy and their quantitative parameters using reliable and 
appropriate tools.
Rural labor a comparative comparison of the methods proposed by local and foreign scientists 
in determining the future parameters of the market, we can conclude that the use of approaches 
appropriate to the formalization methods for this research object is more effective.
In this case, it is advisable to conduct correlation-regression analysis methods of the 
relationship between the factors on the basis of the proposed stages. Thus, labor supply and demand in 
rural areas. 
The use of effective methods of forecasting indicators serves to form a clear and reliable 
database on the state and dynamics of the labor market in order to make management decisions.
