on the basis of market principles [5]. It should be noted that further democratic reforms in the Republic 
in line with the concept of deepening and developing civil society, the protection of private property 
rights is steadily improving. In recent years, the Republic of Uzbekistan's "Protection of Private 
Property and laws "On Guarantees of Owners' Rights", "On Permitting Procedures in the Field of 
Entrepreneurship", "On Family Business", "On Guarantees of Freedom of Entrepreneurship" (in the new 
edition) and more than fifteen other laws were adopted. 
Conclusion 
In order to liberalize the economy, support entrepreneurship and provide financial assistance 
in our country, it is expedient to continue the following: 
- Systematic reduction of tax burdens; 
- Entrepreneurship training, organization of business secrets and courses on organizational, 
economic, marketing, financial, tax, customs issues; 
- Formation of a system of measures that will reveal to entrepreneurs the use of digital 
technologies and their use; 
- Creation of an online platform of courses on entrepreneurship training; 
- Preferential business financing, which is especially important for starting new business 
projects; 
- The creation of a favorable business environment depends not only on the support policy at 
the national level, but also on the measures taken by regional and local governments. The established 
legal norms, the effective result of the measures will serve not only to improve the welfare of 
entrepreneurs, but also the development of the country.
