of using artificial intelligence and its ability to radically change the business world, as it happens in the 
field of customer relations. 
Artificial intelligence will allow you to change the operational model of logistics from reactive to 
predictable, working ahead of the curve, which will provide better results at optimal costs for back office, 
operational interactions and front office. For example, artificial intelligence technologies will allow the use 
of an advanced recognition system to track shipments and the status of assets, can lead to complete 
autonomy of the delivery process at all its stages, and predict fluctuations in the volume of global shipments 
before they occur. It is obvious that artificial intelligence complements human abilities, as well as 
eliminates routine work, which will shift the focus of employees engaged in logistics to more important, 
productive tasks.
