Vickie and Tim Rocheleau have offered up their van to transport the swimmers from East Butler to the Meet. Once at the hotel, we will be walking to and from the meet. The distance is two blocks (.6mi). The swimmers will then ride home with the Rocheleau’s on Sunday Afternoon back to East.

Athletes need to bring money for Dinner on Saturday Evening. We will also most likely be doing an activity on Saturday after the meet. This will be decided upon at the team meeting on the first night.

Friday:

9:00am: Depart East Butler County YMCA

11:00pm: Check Into Hotel
11:30: Lunch at Hotel
12:15pm: Depart Hotel for Pool
12:45pm: Warm-ups for the Mile, whole team will swim
1:45pm: Miles Begin
**Depending on when our Mile Swimmers are done, we will either return to hotel for snack or stay at pool and have a snack**
4:00pm: General Warm-up for Friday Evening
5:00pm: Meet Starts
8:30pm: Depart Meet for Hotel
8:45pm: Dinner @ Hotel
10:00pm: Lights Out

Saturday Morning

5:45am: Wake-up Call
6:00am: Leave for Pool
6:30am: Warm-up Begins

8:00am: Timed Finals Begins
12:00pm: Depart Pool for Lunch at Hotel
4:00pm: Team Meeting to decide evening activities
5:30pm: Depart for Dinner at Agreed Upon Restaurant
