Arlington County recycling of plastic products is limited to 1 & 2 only
ART bus stops at Powhatan St & Lee Hwy and at Powhatan St & 22nd Street
Branch library should be open Sundays
County needs to be more proactive in recycling plastics - all plastics should be able to be recycled.
I would like for the branch libraries to be open more hours.
Kids need sidewalks to walk to bus stops and other areas!
Lighting of neighborhood & no sidewalks
Madison Sr Center is not available for disabled. You have to go up or down steps to get in. We need a pool with warmer water for arthritis.
Maintaining green space - keeping density of trees. Too many people are cutting big trees because they don't want the upkeep or raking leaves in the fall.
Maintenance assistance for elderly homeowners
More affordable housing for the elderly (and I'm not talking about rents that start at $900/month).
More enforcement of speed limits on Lee Highway!
Need better public pools. Yorktown is falling apart.
Need new trash can
Need to get on the stick and build new Westover library, the current one is too small.
Our street (23rd) was not well plowed during our few snowfalls this year
Pedestrian safety
Plastic recycling is too limited; great mulch service
Pollen control!
Pretty darn good
Rat Control. I see rats in my block of Nottingham between 22nd and 23rd.

Trash carts and yellow plastic recycling container need to be replaced when they become battered or in need of replacement
Tree growing between curb and sidewalk that interferes with electric, water and sidewalk.
Water pressure in Arlington too low.
We are very happy with the services provided. We do wish it was easier to get into the Overlee Pool - we have tried for 2 years & still no luck. We think neighborhood residents should get priority.
We have a recurring fox problem and the County will not do anything to control them
We have new speed bumps on N. Lexington St between Lee Hwy & Little Falls. They are less than 6 months old and they are already deteriorating. They need repair.
Westover Library
Would like a neighborhood program to help the elderly neighbors
- mow their lawn, clear their snow, go to the store, etc.
- where you a neighbor friend to help you
Would like to be able to recycle more items, such as plastic containers.
Traffic is bad on days when there is a swim meet, but it isn't a big deal. Getting on Lee Highway from John Marshall is a problem in rush hour. Parking is getting worse at Harrison shopping center. Upgrade John Marshall from 23rd Street to 22nd Road like that which was done north of 23rd Street.

Stripmalls could be made more attractive. Front of stores
the business strip between N. Lexington and N. Kensington on Lee hwy needs a facelift. Buildings look old and in poor shape.
