Technosphere is a region that ha
s been biosafety in the past and has been directly or 
indirectly affected by technical means to further improve people's material and socio-
economic needs. Safety in the environment is one of the areas of ecology.

. In September 1950, Cologne, Germany, was recognized as the Life 
Safety Science Master in the First World Congress. Scientists used the term "risk" in their 
lectures, and each scientist explained this concept to himself. For ehample, V. Marshall said 
that "the risk is a quantitative assessment of the threat." The quantitative assessment is the 
ratio of the number of daily events to the probable number of days.
