Joining the WorldSkills International Association offers great opportunities for Uzbekistan: 
First
, a vocational training center will be established in Uzbekistan in accordance with the 
international standards of WorldSkills International. 
Second
, those trained in working occupations according to WorldSkills International international 
standards will be issued an international certificate of professional qualification. It is this certificate that 
provides the basis for foreign employers to have full confidence in the employee and to answer questions that 
arise as to who will guarantee his or her professional experience if the employee is a citizen of another state. 
Third
, by participating directly in the world championships in working professions around the world, 
it will be possible to gain a great deal of experience and expand the ranks of national personnel in high-
demand professions. 
Fourth
, in order to fully bring the education system in line with world standards, to increase the 
prestige and attractiveness of working professions, Uzbekistan has joined and joined the international 
movement WorldSkills, and measures are being taken to further develop the WorldSkills Association of 
Uzbekistan. 
Cooperation with this organization is important for the development of modern professional skills and 
abilities of our youth and their equal competition with their peers in the international labor market. 
Fifth
, special emphasis is placed on the formation of “soft” competencies, which are interpreted today as the 
competencies of the XXI century around the world. Priority core competencies for, Dublin descriptors within 
the framework of European standards, priority competencies for Russia will be introduced with an in-depth 
analysis of the specific and appropriate competency approach to our national mentality.
Textbooks, books and textbooks, e-learning resources, innovative, digital educational technologies, open 
electronic resource network, import, processing, printing and distribution of textbooks from foreign 
countries, future libraries, future audiences, etc. important tasks will be our constant focus.
