Warm-up 

Put students in pairs or small groups. Ask them to 

compare the notes they made for homework about 

how they communicate electronically and how the 

forms of communication they use might be useful at 

work. Put relevant vocabulary on the board and 

make sure that all students know their meanings by 

eliciting them from students who used them.
