Re: Defective wireless network adapter

On January 20, 2022, I bought a wireless network adapter for laptop, model number RT3290, serial number 690001-877 at Zoodmall commerce website. I paid $100 for the network adapter on my credit card. “Fargo express” delivered the adapter to my home on January 23, 2022.

Unfortunately, your product has not been as I expected good. Because, after used two days the adapter did not work well. I have not used this adapter in a way that cause any damage. I called company call center on January 26, but I was not satisfied operator’s answer.
To solve the problem, I would appreciate if your company take back this adapter, for free and refund $100 I paid. I will wait until February 15, 2022, before seeking help from consumer protection office. Please, contact me by phone number (91)-566-20-26.
