Ensuring human safety during any activity has been and remains one of the most important issues from ancient times to the present day. One of the main directions of social policy in our country is the protection of citizens of the Republic of Uz- bekistan from the effects of various dangerous and harmful factors in the production process and in other situations, ensuring their social protection on the basis of laws and other regulations, as well as creating working conditions corre- sponding to sanitary hygiene requirements. give it.
These laws determine a unified procedure for organizing labor protection regardless of the form of production, regardless of the form of ownership and are aimed at ensuring the protection of the health and labor of citizens.
Article 46 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan deals with the equality of women and men. They will be provided with equal legal opportunities in the field of education, training, employment, promotion and promo- tion. However, in some cases, women may not be able to do the same work as men who, under certain circumstances, are not healthy. Due to the specific physiological properties of the female body, it is affected by heavy physical activity, exposure to certain harmful substances (dust, vibration, overheating or cooling of the body, etc.).The impact of these harmful factors can lead to the following changes during pregnancy, leaving the following complications (toxicosis, miscarriage, stillbirth, etc.) that cause congenital disorders (premature birth), generational change (premature birth, dis- ability). , There are many problems for the protection of female labor, and its biological and social significance are im- portant. Therefore, women's labor is protected by articles of the Labor Code [3].
Women are forbidden to work in adverse working conditions, as well as in underground work (with the excep- tion of work that does not require physical labor or sanitation and domestic services). Women are prohibited from transporting or transporting goods that are more than possible for them [3].
The list of cases with adverse working conditions prohibiting female labor, and sanitary standards for lifting and loading are described in the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996 [4].
According to the medical report, the pace of production and services for pregnant women will be reduced, or they will be transferred to work, which is less or less dependent on production factors, while maintaining the average monthly wage.

Women are allowed to carry no more than 9 kg when lifting and moving luggage, with much lower standards for handling and handling.
In our country, much attention is paid to the involvement of young people in socially useful work and their employment. Article 239 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan guarantees the employment of adolescents. The employer must hire people under the age of eighteen who were sent by local labor and other agencies according to the established quota.
Refusal to accept a quota is prohibited and may be appealed in court. All persons under the age of eighteen are hired only after an initial medical examination and are subject to a mandatory medical examination annually until they reach the age of eighteen. Teenagers are allowed to apply for a full-time job at the age of 16, and in some cases, people over 15 can be employed with the written consent of one of the parents or their replacement.
To prepare young people for work, students in secondary schools, vocational schools and secondary special educational institutions, with the consent of one of the parents or their deputies, after 14 years will be free from light work that does not harm the health and development of adolescents. recruitment permitted [3]. This Code on setting the limit of burden for people under the age of eighteen years to bear and carry the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, Appendix 1) and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 12, 2008 No. 207 “О measures to implement the Convention on the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and the Convention on the Prohibition and Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labor »Define the limits of the heavy burden that persons under eighteen can and do bear It is in accordance with the Law of Uzbekistan № ZRU-37-38, 2008 di [4].

  1. This Regulation applies to labor relations of all enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of their form of ownership, as well as individuals working under an employment contract (contract) at the disposal of indi- vidual citizens.

  3. If persons aged sixteen to eighteen years make up one third of their working time, the limits of the rate of lifting and loading and unloading are established in accordance with the appendix to this Regulation.

  4. The limits of the lifting and loading standards for people aged sixteen to eighteen years, when working time is exclusively associated with manual lifting and transportation. It should not weigh more than 4.1 kg and cannot be used for transportation on a trolley or in a carriage.

  5. The limit for manual weighing and transportation is 6.5 kg for boys and 3.5 kg for girls under the age of sixteen. should not be heavy.

  6. If the working hours of minors under the age of sixteen are exclusively manual and transported, the limit for lifting and transporting goods should not exceed 2 kg.

  7. Minors under the age of sixteen are not entitled to transport carts or wagons.

For persons aged 16 to 18 years, the working week is reduced to 36 hours, and from 15 to 16 years. 2 hours for students aged 14 to 16 years and 3 hours for students aged 16 to 18 years [3]. Adolescents under the age of 18 are not allowed to work overtime on weekends [3]. The weight of luggage and moving luggage for adolescents 16-18 years old should not exceed 13 kg for boys and 7 kg for girls.
