Abstract. In the system of banking economic relations, a special place is given to interbank 
lending, which exerts a great influence both on functioning and on the dynamics of the banking 
sector of any country. Due to the peculiarities of conducting operations by the bank in attracting 
and placing money, from time to time any bank has either a shortage or an oversupply of re-
sources. The problem of redistribution of resources can be successfully solved by banks in the 
interbank credit market.
