THERMAL ANALYSIS OF OLEOGELS OBTAINED ON THE BASIS OF RUBBER

This article details the uses of oleogels. The thermal stability of the synthesized oleogels was 
tested for (DTA), (TGA). Oleogels obtained on the basis of rubbers are synthesized to purify water 
from oil residues. 
Relevance of the topic. Oleogels are widely used all over the world as fat burning and oil-
retaining polymeric materials. Due to their high sorption properties, oleogels are used in various 
spheres of human life. For example, it is used in medicine, food, ecology, pharmacology, cosmetolo-
gy, etc. Oleogels synthesized from polymers have found application in industrial plants for water puri-
fication from oil residues [1]. 
Polymer oleogels are widely used all over the world to keep oceans and water bodies clean. 
With the rapid development of the world economy and the acceleration of the process of industrializa-
tion, oil production in industry is causing many difficulties and difficult problems. For traditional oil 
and water separation methods, it is difficult to meet the large amount of oily wastewater treatment re-
quirements. The researchers came to the conclusion that in order to preserve the life of animals and
plants in nature, it was possible to obtain a superhydrophobic oleogel and use it to obtain various wet-
ted oil and water-separating materials for cleaning wastewater from fat [2]. 
Hydrophobic and oleophilic foams are currently the most suitable solution for oily and organic 
solvents. Oleogels are very convenient for neutralizing spilled oil and fatty substances due to their
