Nevertheless, while watching football, one of your friends began having discomfort in his stomach and coughing at once, which made you feel very awful. Later your friend told you that he has a life-long allergy to mushroom. You figured out that courier brought samsas not only with minced meat but there was a mushroom filling as well that caused trouble with your friend. You felt angry about it and decided to write a complaint letter to an administrator of the restaurant. Write a letter of complaint to the restaurant manager. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least twelve to fifteen (12-15) sentences. Write no less than 150 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Dear, Mr Manager of "Grand Somsa"
I am writing to you to complain about your Somsa that I ordered to my house yesterday. At that time my friends paid a visit my house to watch the final of Liverpool and Real Madrid. I ordered 10 samsas with only minced meat. I have no complaint about the service because it was delivered on time without delay. I should admit that we enjoyed your samsa and service a lot. But, unfortunately one undesired situation happened that one of my friends had an allergy to mushrooms, so he suddenly coughed and had ache in his stomach. Then I realized that you delivered us not only our minced meat filled samsas, but with mushrooms filled. I was annoyed from this uncareness.
If it was deliberate action, I would not have my choice to judge based on legislation.
I would like full compensation for this decision.
