Intercultural communicating means communicating among people come from many and various cultures face to face. For foreign language educators, to develop the learner’s intercultural communication competence is to know how to teach foreign culture. Culture teaching in foreign language teaching is a question countered by language teachers throughout all universities and colleges in the world. The relationship between language and culture is dynamic. Firstly, language is an important part of culture. It is the primary vehicle by which a culture transmits its beliefs, values and norms. Secondly, language is influenced by culture.Language is one of the most important carriers of culture and reflects the latter. If there is no language, culture would not be known. On the one hand, culture is the basis and one of the most important attributes of language and exerts

• to read and understand simple, authentic texts (understanding the main idea together with a full comprehension);

3. Use of Internet in profile and professionally –oriented foreign language education
Development of the Internet in the 1990s has a wide impact on the learning and acquisition of knowledge by students in the aspect of learning foreign languages. From this moment the Internet becomes an extraordinary source of information in the practice of teaching foreign languages.
The use of the Internet in learning/teaching foreign languages, involved in the practice of teaching foreign languages teachers can get any kind of information from the Internet. The Internet also provides an answer to almost any question. Most teachers believe that they can benefit a lot from using Internet resources. The Internet is used as a way of obtaining information, restoring knowledge or sharing experiences with other teachers from other countries. With the help of the Internet, teachers' qualification improvement, all kinds of testing and certification are available, confirming the level of language skills and mastery of the teacher. Sheerer and Malone offered five main reasons to use the Internet for teaching foreign (English) language. The reasons are as follows: 1) authenticity; 2) literacy; 3) interaction; 4) factor of living language; 5) empowerment.
Using the information resources of the Internet, we can integrate them into the FL learning process; more effectively solve a number of didactic tasks in the lesson:
Improve the ability to listen on the basis of authentic sound texts on the Internet;
Replenish the vocabulary, both active and passive vocabulary of the modern language;
To form a stable motivation for foreign-language activity. Inclusion of the network materials in the content of the lesson allows students to better understand life on our planet, participate in joint research, scientific and creative projects and develop curiosity and skill.
Some scientists say that the Internet is one of the factors that have a significant contribution to promoting the use of computers for language learning. The increase of computer-based communication through the Internet has changed more than anything else; the use of NET in learning of foreign languages is raised rapidly at the end of the 20th century. Therefore E-mail can also be used to communicate long-distance with language learners in other schools, or other countries for that matter and advantage of using the Internet in the practice of teaching English is the opportunity for a foreign language teacher to come into contact with colleagues from other countries, develop skills of writing and speaking, exchange experiences and information with teachers of other educational institutions.
