Tajribani material balansini tuzish
Tajriba yakunlangandan so’ng byuretkadagi xomashyo sahti, gaz soati
ko’rsatishi va gaz o’lchagichdagi gaz hajmi qayd etiladi. Yig’gichlar va
absorber o’lchanadi, distillyat massasi va uning absorberdagi o’sishi
aniqlanadi. Reaktor sovutishdan so’ng tizimdan ajratiladi, qopqoq olinib, hosil
bo’lgan barcha koks ehtiyotlik bilan olinadi va uning massasi o’lchanadi.
Tajriba material balansini tuzishda gaz o’lchagichdan olingan gaz zichligi
aniqlanadi.

yo’qotishlarni hisobga olgan holda jarayonning kengaytirilgan material
balansi tuziladi:
