Research objectives: We aimed to evaluate the quality of the liquid extract from the rootstock of 
camel thorn (70% ethyl alcohol at a ratio of 1: 1). 
Materials and methods: To research we study number indicators of the liquid extract from the 
rootstock of camel thorn (70% ethyl alcohol at a ratio of 1: 1). Camel thorn root fluid extract was 
evaluated by its appearance, smell, taste, color, dry residue, alcohol strength, heavy metals and 
active ingredients. The appearance, smell, taste and colour were analyzed organoleptically. Heavy 
metals and alcohol have been identified in the same way as in the XI DF. 
The obtained results: External appearance of liquid extract: red - brown liquid, with a bitter taste 
and a specific smell. The amount of dry residue was 15% and the alcohol content was 60%. 
Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Zn, Fe, Cu) XI DF requirement (not more than 0.01%) were identified.

As a result of the experiments, the amount of Flavonoids contained in the liquid extract (1.8% ± 
0.2% by routine).
Conclusion: Liquid extract extracted from the root extract was studied and corresponded to XI DF 
requirement (dry residue, alcohol, heavy metals).
